This letter is to document a telephone conversation between staff of our office (Nrs. Reba N. Diggs) and your Company (Ns. Nonique Scots} in winch we suggested that your Company stop payment on Check No. 443798'(also identified as 01130765) dated October 17, 1983, for $4,000 and consider issuance of a new check+
According to our records, the check was to have been in payment of your October 24, 1983 Proposed Amendment 32 to License Ho. NPF-14 for Susquehanna Unit No. 1, but it has not been received by us.
tte first contacted Ms. Scott on November 14, 1983, regarding this lost check to ascertain (a) whether it was inadvertently omitted from the pack-
- age, and (b) the check number and date.
Ms. Scott informed us that the above check was enclosed with the application.
