Review of Revision 6 to the Emergency Plan for Susquehanna Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2
The NRC staff has reviewed the submittals by Pennsylvania Power 8 Light regarding Revision 6 to the Emergency Plan for Susquehanna Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2.
A review of the changes to the Emergency Plan was made based on the licensee's original submittal dated November 2, 1982 and the additional submittal dated May 26, 1983 in response to the NRC staff request for additional information.
Based on our review, the NRC staff concluded that proposed
- changes, updates and additions to the licensee's Emergency Plan do not degrade the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan.
Therefore, the NRC staff finds the changes, updates and additions of Revision 6
to the Emergency Plan for Susquehanna Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2, acceptable.
