we have concluded that, since you have installed an operable inerting system, you are in conformance with 10 CFR 50.44(c)(3)(i) and there-fore, the exemption you have requested is not necessary.

Operation of the facility in accordance with the Technical Specifications related to inerting (viz., 3.6.6.4 and 3.10.5) is consistent with the requirements of the regulation.
