Tentative Schedule for NRC-NDE Van Inspection at Susquehanna Unit No.
2 This letter documents the results of the meeting you requested on December 20, 1982',
and a subsequent telephone conversation between Mr. R. Beckley of your staff.and Mr. J. Durr of my staff on January 10, 1983.'he following subjects were discussed:
NRC NDE Van tentative schedule for inspection of Susquehanna Unit No. 2.
The licensees schedule for optimum plant system availability for inspection.
NRC support requirements, inspection
- scope, and inspection cycle.
Tentative agreement was reached on the following:
The NDE Van will be on-site during the weeks of July 18-25, 1983, to obtain
.maximum effectiveness of the van inspection..
The licensee will be notified of the components to be inspected approximately two (2) months in advance (mid-May).
The licensee will keep the NRC apprised of any schedule changes which would impact the inspection.
