The Commission's Division of Accounting and Finance has been authorized to refund the Class II license amendment fee ($1,200) for the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station, Unit No.
1 which was sent with your application dated October 25, 1982.
f'r amendment of the Security Plan and Security Training and gualification Plan for this facility.
The refund will be sent to you within approximately two weeks.
The above refund has been authorized because the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) review staff has advised us that the changes are pursuant to 50.54(p) and do not decrease the effectiveness of the plans and, therefore.
do not require ONRR approval.
Consequently, a fee pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 is not required.
