The attached Dynamic Qualification Summary Package (including SQRT forms) and GE Final Test Report NEDC-22177 provide the required documentation. Pursuant to 10CFR2.790, GE Final Test Report NEDC-22177 contains proprietary information and should be withheld from public disclosure.
This completes our actions in response to License Condition 2.C.(23)(c).
