Dear Mr. Schwencer:
License Condition 2.C.(23)(C) requires submittal of a completed final qualification report for main steam isolation valve actuators (HV-1F022A through D and HV-1F028A through D).
The attached Dynamic Qualification Summary Package (including SQRT forms) and GE Final Test Report NEDC-22177 provide the required documentation.
Pursuant to 10CFR2.790, GE Final Test Report NEDC-22177 contains proprietary information and should be withheld from public disclosure.
This completes our actions in response to License Condition 2.C.(23)(c).
