Proposed Amendment to Susquehanna Operating License NPF-14 In your letter dated October 25, 1982 (PLA-1362),

a request was made to change License Condition 2.D in Susquehanna Operating License NPF-14 to re-flect Change M to the Physical Security Plan and Change A to the Security Training and gualification Plan.

These changes are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and do not decrease the effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan.

The changes are, therefore, not fee bearing.

Arrangements will be made to retur n the fee provided with your October 25, 1982 letter.
