to Teledyne Final Report on the Independent Design Review at Susquehanna, Unit 1

On August 23, 1982, Teledyne issued the final report to the Independent Design Review on the Susquehanna feedwater system inside containment.

This repor t noted two findings and three observations under the Phase 2

categorization as well as more general concerns fn the conclusions.

Please provide a written response to the NRC staff addressing the speciffc and general issues noted in the Teledyne final report.
