The markup is in a form that is acceptable to the NRC staff.

The staff recorr<mends that Section 6.0, Adminstrative Controls, be reindexed to correspond to the scheme identified in NUREG-0473, Revision 2, February 1, 1980.

The draft Pro'cess Control Program (PCP) has also been reviewed and our comments are provided in Enclosure 2.

Additional comments are contained in the enclosed mark up of the PCP (Enclos:use 3).
