Light Company regarding the independent design review to be conducted for Susquehanna by your contractor, Teledyne Engineering Services.

As a result of this review, we have the following comments:

1.

The NRC staff approves Teledyne Engineering Services to be the independent contractor to perform the independent design review for Susquehanna, and 2.

The project description, technical requirements, and special condition proposed for the independent design review are found to be acceptable.
