Dear Mr. Grier:
This letter serves to supplement the above referenced correspondence which advised the Commission of a deficiency involving pipe supports welded to the containment liner plate.
Bechtel Engineering has advised PPGL that the resolution of this subject has been determined to be more complex than originally anticipated.
We now estimate that a final report, pursuant to the recuirements of 10 CFR 50.55(e), will be available in May, 1981.
