R. Webster of your staff,
we
understand
that your corrective steps
taken to avoid further items of
noncompliance
have
been revised
as follows.
Startup Administrative Procedure
AD 6.6, "Startup
Work Request
(SWR)",
Section
4. 1.2 will be revised to require the
ISG Coordinator to forward
a copy of all
SWRs to PPSL guality Control for nonconformance
evaluation,
with that revision having been
issued
by September
30, 1980.
Your corrective
and preventive actions will be examined during subsequent
inspection of your licensed
program.
