Pennsylvania, on Harch 20 and 21, 1980, I agreed at the request of the Licensing Board to look into the possibility of making available in the tiilkes-Barre area a complete set of AEC and NRC reports of cases decided by'ttle Coomission, the Appeal Boards and the Licensing Boards.

The NRC Staff has arranged to loan to the Osterhout Free Library (Library) a microfiche set'of reports of those cases from 1 AEC through 9 NRC.
The Staff also will loan to the Library a microfiche reader.
A softbound set of 10 NRC through the November 1979 issue (the latest presently in print) also. will bel',loaned to the Library.
Softbound copies of future issues will be foniarded to the Library as future issues become available.
The Library has space limitations, and the softbound copies will be replaced by microfiche as the microfiche becomes available.
These reports of cases are for reference only jn the Library and will not be loaned for take-out.
These reports should be available at the Library by the time a copy of this letter is received.
I also agreed to see if the Staff could have someone visit the Susquehanna Nuclear Power Plant Local Public Document Room (LPDR) at the Osterhout Free Library to put it in reasonable order.
