Docket Nos. STN 50-528/529/530 and 72-44 10 CFR 50.59, 10 CFR 72.48, Annual Reports Correction By letter number 102-07444, dated March 31, 2017 [Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML17090A529], Arizona Public Service Company (APS) submitted the 10 CFR 50.59 and 10 CFR 72.48 report for January 1, 2016, through December 31, 2016, for PVNGS Units 1, 2, & 3 and ISFSI.
An error was identified in the table summary column for 72.48 Evaluation E-16-001 Rev.
000 and it was entered into the PVNGS corrective action program (CR 17-04977). This error does not impact the conclusion of the 72.48 Evaluation that the document change did not require prior NRC approval pursuant to paragraph 10 CFR 72.48 (c)(1).
Enclosed please find the corrected APS 10 CFR 50.59 and 10 CFR 72.48 annual report for January 1, 2016, through December 31, 2016. The corrected item is marked with a revision bar.
