The Board has received your letter of October 1st asking to delay the start of the security plan. hearing for personal reasons until November 11th.

In that regard, the Board has requested that I remind you of the terms of its August 28, 1980 order.

That order stated "that no procedural matters may be brought to our attention except by formal motion.

Such motions are not'to be filed unless and. until counsel concerned have discussed the problem candidly and thoroughly and the movant can fairly state that a reasonable accommoda-tion is not possible without our intercession.".
