Memorandum of Understanding Regarding the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) Program

2) "Rescission or Partial Rescission of Certain Power Reactor Security Orders Applicable to Nuclear Power Plants," dated November 28, 2011 Consistent with U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (USNRC) Order EA-02-261 (Reference 1 ), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon) and Constellation Energy Nuclear Group (CENG, now owned by Exelon) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) regarding the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) Program. In the Reference 2 letter, the USNRC rescinded Order EA-02-261.

Exelon is providing notification of our intent to terminate the MOU regarding the SAVE program and any associated commitments to this program. Exelon will continue to maintain full compliance with all applicable security regulations.

There are no commitments contained in this submittal.
