10 CFR 50.54 This letter is the report required by 10 CFR 50.54(w)(3). The following Nuclear Property and Decontamination Liability Insurance will be in effect for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station on the April 1, 2017 policy renewal date:

Source Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited (NEIL Primary)
The policy providing coverage mentioned above complies with 10 CFR 50.54(w), including provisions for the insurance proceeds to be prioritized for dedicated reactor stabilization/safety and then for decontamination of the site.
