MILLSTONE POWER STATION UNIT 2 REACTOR OPERATOR RETAKE LICENSE EXAMINATIONS - EXAMINATION OUTLINES In a letter dated December 14, 2016, 1 the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requested Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (DNC) submit examination materials (written examination outline, draft examination, and supporting reference materials, etc.)

on the dates agreed upon for administration of the examination during the week of February 27, 2017. Enclosure 1, Examination Outline, is being furnished in accordance with 10 CFR 55.40(b)(3) by an authorized representative of the facility. All materials are "complete and ready-to-use."

Consistent with guidance contained in NU REG - 1021 Examination Standard 201, Attachment 1, "Examination Security and Integrity Considerations, the outline contained in Enclosure 1 should be withheld from public disclosure until after the examination has been completed. No redacted versions are being supplied.

MILLSTONE POWER STATION UNIT 2 REACTOR OPERATOR RETAKE LICENSE EXAMINATION: OPERATING TESTS AND SUPPORTING REFERENCE MATERIALS In a letter dated December 14, 2016, 1 and in advance of the examination scheduled for the week of February 27, 2017, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requested Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (DNC) submit operating tests and supporting reference materials by the week of February 13, 2017 for the Reactor Operator Written Retake Examination - Millstone Power Station Unit 2 (MPS2).

Enclosure 1, "Reactor Operator Retake License Examination: Operating Tests and Supporting Reference Materials, is being furnished in accordance with 10 CFR 55.40(b)(3) by an authorized representative of the facility. All materials are "complete and ready-to-use."

Waivers will be requested, through the final applications, under separate cover. The waivers will be requested under section D.1.a of ES-204 and are for the written examination and simulator operating test. Both candidates successfully completed these portions of the initial licensing exam in September 2016. This is the first retake and it is within one year of the original examination.
