Diablo Canyon Allegations In addition to the allegation assessment sheets that you have provided or are currently providing, please consider for each allegation assigned to you, the applicability of the allegation and the resolution, with regard to each unit of the Diablo Canyon facility.

Please record the results of your evaluation by indicating'hich of the six codes defined below applies to each allegation.

U - The allegation was Unit 1 or'Unit 2 specific, however, the allegation was determined to be unfounded.

Thus, opposite applicability consideration was not necessary.

E - The allegation was not specific to either Unit 1 or 2, how-

ever, the resolution applied equally to both Units.

P - The allegation and resolution considerations were primarily programmatic in nature.

Thus, the resolution considerations were applicable to both Units.

NS-The allegation involved a non-safety related component or aspect of the facility.

D - The allegation was Unit 1 specific and does not apply to Unit 2.

R - The allegation,was Unit 1 specific,

however, the resolution applies equally to Unit 2.

Please provide a list of allegations for which you are responsible and their corresponding applicability code to me by December 7, 1984.
