Broom.
Mr. Brown is counsel for the Governor of California in this case.
The substance of that con-versation appears in the attached memorandum.

Mr. Salzman:
Mr. Brown called me at 1:00 pm today, August. 21, 1980.
He asked me to inform the Board in the Diablo Canyon security plan proceeding that he did get a copy of the security plan yesterday afternoon.
- However, he had re-quested five copies and was given only one copy.
He has been denied any additional copies.
He also asked me to advise you that they are not being permitted to bring in copies of NRC Guides and regula-tions or notes of their own which have been developed outside because they have been told that they will not be allowed to take them back out.
