Your letter of May 23, 1980 has served adequately to advise me of intervenor's objection to the assignment of Marjorie Nordlinger, an attorney in this office, to pursue professional responsibilities that would include serving as a legal adviser to the Commission in any review of the Diablo Canyon Security Plan matter that it might undertake.
l Although you do not set forth any facts or reasoning that support your objection in this case, I will regretfully accede to your wishes in this matter.
I do so only in light of Ms. Nordlinger's commitment to intervenor as a participant in the subject proceed-ing and not because I agree that it is otherwise in any way neces-sary under the circumstances.
