NRC SPECIAL INSPECTION REPORT NO 50-220/98-13 and 50-410/98-13
Dear Mr. Mueller:
This letter transmits corrections to NRC Inspection Report 50-220/98-13 and
50410/98-13. This revision corrects the non-cited violation number documented in both
the executive summary and the items opened, closed, and updated section of the report.
The first page (page ii) and the last bullet on Page iii of the executive summary were also
revised to more clearly reflect unit applicability and that only Unit 1 LER 98-07 was
dispositioned as a noncited violation during this inspection.
Attached to this letter are the
rewsed inspection report pages.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice,
a copy of this letter
and its attachments willbe placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
