Pre-Decisional Enforcement Conference to discuss apparent violations identified in Inspection Reports 50-220 & 50-410/
96-12, 96-13; 96-15; and 96-16.
These include 1) inadequate corrective actions regarding debris in the Unit-2 suppression pool/downcomers (EA 96-474) and the Unit-1 reactor overfill event (EA 96-541), 2) numerous examples of weak technical performance and failure to assure quality in engineering activities (EA 96-494), 3) invalid design input used in motor operated valve calculations (EA 96-475) and 4) programmatic deficiencies implementing the Maintenance Rule (EA 97-007).
