Dear Hr. Sylvia:
This letter acknowledges that we have received on May 8, 1995, your 10 CFR 50.54 submittal requesting a change to the Quality Assurance Program for the Nine Nile Point Units 1'nd 2.
We anticipate that we will complete our review of your program changes in the next 60 days.
If we encounter difficulty in meeting this schedule, we will contact you and request an extension.
Upon completion of our review, you will be notified of the results.
If you have any questions regarding the Quality Assurance Program changes, please refer to QA 95-14 and direct your inquiries to the undersigned at (610) 337-5198.
