Dear Hr. Kindley:

The purpose of this letter is to request the services of Hr. William J. Vatter on Tuesday, April 25,

1995, as a presenter during our Incident Investigation Team (IIT) training course.

Hr. Vatter has utilized his experience as a

member of the Nine Nile Point IIT to provide an informative presentation regarding industry participation during an incident investigation in past training courses and has been well received.

Consequently, we would like to, once again, request his assistance.

We have been in contact with Hr. Vatter and he is amenable to this request.

The location of the presentation will be at the Embassy Suites in Hunt Valley, Maryland, a suburb of Baltimore.
