REVISION 6 TO THE QUALITY ASSURANCE TOPICAL REPORT We received a letter, dated May 8,
- 1991, from James A. Perry, Vice President, Quality Assurance, submitting Revision 6 to the Quality Assurance Topical Report for Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station Operations.
Based on our review of this revision, several questions have arisen which warrant further clarifica-tion.
These questions were discussed with the Quality Assurance staff via phone conversations on June 14,
- 1991, and again on July 3, 1991.
It is our understanding that a letter clarifying the questions copcerning the Topical Report will be sent to Region I for our review.
- However, based on our current review schedule, we anticipate that it will require more than 60 days to complete our review.
Upon completion, you will be notified of the results.
