This refers to a.routine resident inspection report issued on January
12, 1993. 'e have
noted two errors in the report.
A typographical error was made in listing the Severity Level
in tlie Notice of Violation (Appendix A). The Severity Level should be "IV"vice "VI."
'I'he second error was the omission of Attachment
1, which is referenced
in section
1.2 of the
report.
Attachment
1 has been enclosed with this letter.. A revised (Appendix A) Notice of
Violation is enclosed.
