~ 3 The core operating limits shall be determined such that all applicable limits (e.g.,
fuel thermal-mechanical limits, core thermal-hydraulic limits, ECCS limits, nuclear limits such as shutdown margin, transient analysis limits, and accident analysis limits) of the safety analysis are met.
.4 The CORE OPERATING LIMITS REPORT, including any mid-cycle revisions or supplements shall be provided, upon issuance for each reload cycle, to the NRC Document Control Desk with copies to the Regional Administrator and Resident Inspector.
6.9.2 Fire Protection Program Reports Noncompliances with the Fire Protection Program (as described in the Final Safety Analysis Report) that adversely affect the ability to achieve and maintain safe shutdown in the event of a fire shall be reported in accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.72 and 10CFR50.73.

- 1992, Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation (NHPC) submitted a license amendment request for Nine Mile Point Unit No.
1.
The proposed license amendment included a revised page 265a of the Nine Mile Point Unit No.
1 Technical Specification (Appendix A to Facility Operating License DPR-63).
The revised TS page.265a was issued on October 2,
- 1992, as part of License Amendment No.
132.
License Amendment No.
131 (requested by NMPC letter dated
.Hay 27,
- 1992, and issued on July 27, 1992) resulted in repagination of certain material contained on TS page 265a.
- However, due to an oversight,, this repagination of material was not incorporated on the revised TS page 265a issued with License Amendment No.
132.
Therefore, certain material which had been repaginated to TS page 265a as part of License Amendment No.
131 was inadvertently omitted from TS page 265a issued with License Amendment No., 132.
A revised TS page 265a which includes the material inadvertently deleted from TS page 265a is enclosed and should be used to replace the TS page 265a that was issued with License Amendment No.
132.
