The information you provided has been reviewed by my staff. Any further actions with regards to this matter willbe pursued through routine inspection activities.
We have carefully reviewed your request that the information contained in your letter be withheld from public disclosure under the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790(a)(6).
We have concluded that some of the material contained in your letter may be withheld in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a)(6), but that certain other material should be released and placed in the Public Document Room. A copy of your letter has been marked to'ndicate the portions deleted as not appropriate for release and is enclosed herewith.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(c), this expurgated copy is being forwarded to you as notice that itwillbe placed in the Public Document Room thirty (30) days from the date of this letter.
