to employees of your company
who operate
Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, Unit
2.
The examination
was conducted
in accordance
with Revision
6 to NUREG-1021,
Operator Licensing Examiner Standards.
At the conclusion of the examination,
generic findings that evolved
as
a result of the examination
were discussed
with those
members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
Eight operators
passed
the
NRC administered written, walk-through,
and
simulator portions of che examination.
One operator failed the walk-through
portion of the examination.
Both the
NRC and your staff agreed
on the
examination results.
In accordance
with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's
regulations,
a copy of
this letter
and the enclosure will be placed in the
NRC Public Document
Room.
