We'have completed our review of your proposed changes to the Emergency Plan and Implementing Procedures regarding Emergency Action Levels as contained in a letter to us dated September 11, 1991..
We have concluded that these changes meet the intent of 10 CFR 50.54(q) in that they do not decrease the effectiveness of the plans, and the plans, as changed, continue to meet the standards of 10 CFR 50.47 and the requirements of Appendix E to this part. Accordingly, we approve your proposed changes.
