This letter transmits the results of an announced, routine safety inspection of emergency
preparedness
activities authorized by License Nos. DPR-63 and NPF-69. Mr. C. Amato
of this office conducted the inspection from January 22-25, 1991 at your Nine Mile Point
Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2, Scriba, New York and discussed inspection findings with
your staff at the conclusion of the inspection,
The areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I report
which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of
examination of procedures
and records, and interviews with personnel by the inspector.
Based on results of this inspection, no violations were identified.
