The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 122 to Facility Operating License No.
DPR-63 for the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station Unit No.
1 (NMP-1).
The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application transmitted by letter dated June 20,
- 1988, as supplemented October 19, 1989.
This amendment revises the Technical Specification to consolidate the requirements for suppression chamber water level instrumentation into one Technical Specification.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is enclosed.
A Notice of Issuance will be included in the Cosssission's next regular bi-weekly Federal
