- 1989, copies of the Nine Mile Point Unit 1 Restart Action Plan and other related documents were forwarded to you so that these documents could be made available to members of the public for their review.
Subsequently, the NRC staff held a meeting on August 23,
- 1989, in Oswego, New York, to receive public comments on the utility's Plan, Enclosed is a copy of the transcript of the August 23, 1989 meeting and copies of written comments received prior to and subsequent to the meeting, Please make the transcript and the written comments available to the public in the same manner you used for the Restart Action Plan, Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
