Attached are forty copies of a report entitled, "Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station Unit 1, Docket No. 50-220, Compliance wi th 10CFR50, Appendix I."
This report represents the remainder of the information as indicated in our June 4, 1976 letter.
Ve also committed to supply Technical Specifications at this time.
However, your staff informed us in an August 30, 1976 telephone conversation that new model Technical Specifications were caging developed by the Commission and that it would not be necessary for Niagara Mohawk to submit the Technical Specifications indicated in your May 7, 1976 letter at this time.
Therefore, we await your further guidance on this matter.
