'and Program Analysis Staff OPERATING LICENSE ANTITRUST ANALYSIS OF NINE MILE POINT NUCLEAR POWER STATION, UNIT 2 Attached for your signature is a no significant antitrust changes finding pursuant to the licensees'application for an operating license for Nine Mile Point 2.
This finding is based on an analysis by the antitrust staffs of PRAB and OELD, after consultation with the Department of Justice.
The staff analysis is attached as background.
This is an initial finding which will be noticed in the Federal Re ister, thereby providing an opportunity for the public to reque~sa reeve ua
>on of your finding. If there are no requests for reevaluation, the initial finding will become final, concluding the operating license antitrust review of Nine Mile Point Nuclear Power Station, Unit 2.
