The SgRT consisted of Mr. N.

Romney of the NRC and Messrs.

J. Curreri, M. Kassir and K. Bandyopadhyay of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL).

Enclosed is a copy of the trip report from that audit prepared by BNL.

The evaluation of the results of that audit was included in the NMP-2 Safety Evaluation Report Supplement 2 issued in November 1985.
