Startup reports shall be submitted within (1) 90 days fol.lowing rompletion "of the startup tist

If the Startup Report does not cover a11 three events ().e., )nit)ai critic'ality, completion of startup'est

supplementary reports shall. be submitted at least every three months until all three events have been cenpleted.

A tabulation shall be submitted on an annual bjsi's wh)ch 4

exposures greater than 100 mrep/yr and their associated man rem exposure according to. work and job functlo>>s, I/ e.g., reactor operat)ons and surveillance, inservice inspect)on, routine maintenance, spec)al maintenance (describe ma)ntenance),

~aste processing, and refueling.

The dose ass)gmnent to various duty functions may be est)mates based on porket dos)meter, T).D, or file badge m.asurements.

Small exposures totaling less than 20% of the individual total dose need not be accounted for.

ln the aggregate, at least GRf of the total whole body dose received from external sources shall be assigned to specific major work functions.
