In accordance with Section 50.54 of 10 CFR Part 50, enclosed are ten (10) copies of the Nine Mile Point Unit 1 emergency plan.
The New York State and Oswego County plans are appendices to the Nine Mile Point Unit 1 plan, and are thus submitted as required by Section 50.54(s)( 1).
The Nine Mile Point Unit 1 emergency plan addresses the comments provided in Mr. Ippolito's March 27, 1980 letter as well as coments presented by your staff at an April 16, 1980 technical meeting.
