OIA INQUIRY PINTO IMPLEMENTATION OF SHORT TERM LESSONS LEAR'irED REQUIREMENTS In'the referenced November 12 report, OIA identifies a January 29, 1980 agreement between NRR and I&E to produce a document outlining NRR and I&E responsibilities for verification of implementation of NRC Action Plan i:ems.

Given the coordination difficulties highlighted in the OIA report and the importance of the Action Plan, please provide me a copy of the agreed-to coordination document by COB December 19.
