Your'ettex dated January 7, 1974, enclosed three copies of the physical security plan applicable to the Nine Hoyle Point Nuclear Station Unit 1, in response to our letter to you dated, November 30, 1973.

These three copies were in addition to three copies which you submitted with your letter dated November 23, 1973.

Our letter dated November 30, 1973, stated the following.'f you have previously submitted a security plan, please review it with respect to the requirements in these regulations. If you conclude that all applicable require<<

ments of Part 73 are met by your plan, indicate this conclusion and provide specific reference to the plan.

If al3. requirements are not met an amendment or revised plan should be filed.

Accordingly, you are requested to provide the results of your review s5d we are returning the enclosed three additional copies of your plan that you last submitted.
