Enclosed for your information is a copy of a letter dated January 3,
1977 from Robert D. Pollard, which is being considered as a Request for Action pursuant to 10 CFR 2.206, regarding your License Ho.
DPR-63 and others.
A copy of the Notice we are filing with the Office of the Fqderal Register relating to this request is also enclosed for your information.
The letter from Hr. Pollard, among other things, states that a refueling accident inside the reactor containment building may not have been adequately considered, during the licensing review of your facility.
Based on our prelimIinary review of available information, such an accident was considered during the licensing review for your facility and potential site boundary radiation exposures would be wel 1 within 10 CFR Part 100 guidelines.
On the basis of this review we expect that modifications to your. facility will not be required.
Should you have information, that might change the results of our review, please notify us preaptly.
