PETXTION REQUESTING EXTENSION OF COMPLETION DATE Pursuant to Section 50.55(b) of the Commission's regulations, Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation, Applicant in the above-captioned proceeding, hereby requests that the latest completion date for its Nine Mile Point facility specified in Provisional Construction Permit No. CPPR-16 (as previously extended by an order of the Commission dated August 15, 1968) be extended to September 1, 1969. The reason for this request is that Licensee has experienced S42
