As counsel for Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation we hereby transmit three (3) originals and twenty-five (25) copies of an amendment entitled, "Amendment No.
2 to Petition Requesting Amendment of License."
Accompanying this petition are seventy (70) copies of a document entitled, "Second.
Addendum to Technical Supplement to Petition to Xncrease Power Level."
This Amendment contains answers to Question No.
11 which was raised in your letter of August 27; answers to your questions which were in your letter of September 25; proposed revisions of the facility's technical specifications for operation at the higher power level; and revised figures for the Nine Mile Point Reactor Protection System.
As shown by the attached Certificate of Service copies of the foregoing pleading together with its Technical Supplement have been served upon the appropriate local officials.

This Amendment transmits the Second Addendum to its "Technical Supplement To Petition To Increase Power Level."
