4 to Petition Requesting Amendment of License."

Docket No. 50-ZZO Amendment No, 4 to Petition Requesting Amendment pf License Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation, Licensee in the above-captioned proceeding, her eby files Amendment No.
4 to its Petition Requesting Amendment of License.
This Amendment transmits the Fourth Addendum to its "Technical Supplement to Petition to Increase Power Level." This Fourth Addendum contains Appendices A through F as listed in the Table of Contents of the Third Addendum which was transmitted with Amendment No.
3 to the aforesaid Application.
These Appendices relate to the capacity of the Nine Mile Point Emergency Core Cooling System to provide suitable cooling of the reactor core, if needed, at the increased power level which the Applicant has requested.
