5 to Petition Requesting Amendment of License Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation, Licensee in the above-captioned proceeding, hereby files Amendment No.
5 to its Petition Requesting Amendment of License.
This Amendment transmits the Fifth Addendum to its "Technical Supplement to Petition to Increase Power Level."
This Fifth Addendum contains further information requested by the AEC Regulatory Staff during a meeting held on January'5, l971.
The additionai information requested pertains to the capacity of the Nine Mile Point Emergency Core Cooling Systems to provide suitable cooling of the reactor core, if needed, at the increased power level which the Applicant has requested.
WHEREFORE, Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation prays as in its original petition requesting amendment of its license.
