It requested a temporary change in Technical Specifications to allow the water level in the vessel to be lowered to elevation 294 feet. This is 10 inches lower than that specified in Para-graph 2.1.1 (d) p. 6 and p. 9 of our Technical Specifications.

The Tie is to be considered an official request.
