Ne have reviewed your request to Commissioner Biggane dated May 7, 1974 for a change in Condition No. 8 of the "401 Certification" for the U.S. AEC

-full-term operating license of Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station Unit l. The request was for a change in the annual report submiss'ion date in Condition No. 8 from 1"ebruary 15th of each year to May 15th. In view of the fact that this, is only an administrative change, this requested modification of Condition No. 8 is hereby granted.
