Dear Mr. Muntzing:
The Council on Environmental Quality is in the process of reviewing and evaluating the impact on lake biota caused by Nine Mile Point, Nuclear Station Unit 1 as requested by the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to Section 309 of the Clean Air Act.
It would be appreciated if you would make the following inforiIEItion available from your files:
(1)
Data and Report showing the size of fish kills caused by entrainment and the species represented.
(2)
Data and reports showing other harmful effects on biota.
(3)
Any information which will show compliance or lack thereof with'ection 301 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act'mendments
. of 1972 or New York thermal pollution regulations.
When this information has been segregated I would li'ke.to review it at the appropriate office.
