UNITED STATES ATOMIC ENERGY COHNISSION DOCKET NO.'0-220 NIAGARA HOHALK POMER CORPORATION NOTICE OP AVAILABILITYOP APPLICANT'S ENVIRONMENTAL REPORT Puxsuan.t to the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the Atomic Energy Commission's regulations in Appendix,D to 10 GPR Part 50, notice is hereby given that a report entitled "Environmental Report-Operating License Stage", dated June 1972, fox the Nine Nle X'oint Nuclear Station Unit 1, submiteed by the Niagara Yuhawk Powex Coxporation (NHP}, is being placed in the Commissionls Public Document Room at 1717 H Street, N. P., Mashington, D. C, 20545, and in the Oswego City Libraxy, 120 East Second Street, Oswego, New York 13126. The report also is being sent to the New Yorlc State Office of Planning Sexvices, 488 Broadway, Albany, New York 12207, and the Central New Yoxk Regional Planning and Development Board, 321 Hast Nater Street, Syracuse, New York 13202.

The report discusses, environmental considerations related to the Nine Peale Point Unit 1 that is 1ocated in the Town of Scribe, Oswego County, New York, The report was filed with the Commission as part of I9P's application for conversion of Provisional Operating License Noe DPR-17 to a full-term operating license.
